IMPLEMENTASI METODE RESITASI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN BACAAN SHALAT LIMA WAKTU KELAS IV MI BUNAYYA FATHUL KHAIR KOTA MAKASSAR

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) How the recitation method is implemented in teaching the recitation of the five daily prayers in fourth-grade students at MI Bunayya Fathul Khair, Makassar City. (2) How teachers implement the recitation method to improve the recitation skills of fourth-grade students at MI Bunayya Fathul Khair, Makassar City. (3) What is the impact of the recitation method on improving students' understanding of the recitation of the five daily prayers in MI Bunayya Fathul Khair, Makassar City? This study examines how the recitation method is implemented in learning activities, the recitation of the five daily prayers, and its impact on the reading skills of fourth-grade students at MI Bunayya Fathul Khair, Makassar City. The recitation method is implemented through the stages of providing explanations and examples of prayer recitations by the teacher, group reading exercises in class, giving memorization assignments to be completed at home, and memorization submissions to the teacher as a form of evaluation. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with the principal, fourth-grade teachers, and fourth-grade students as subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation.

The results of the study showed that the application of the recitation method significantly improved students' prayer recitation skills, as indicated by increased fluency, pronunciation accuracy, and courage in reciting prayer recitations in front of the class. Furthermore, students demonstrated increased discipline and responsibility in completing memorization assignments. Obstacles such as differences in memorization abilities and limited learning time were overcome through additional guidance from teachers, continuous repetition of the material, and collaboration with parents. Thus, the recitation method proved effective in improving the quality of prayer recitation among fourth-grade students at MI Bunayya Fathul Khair, Makassar City.

Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis: (1) Bagaimana implementasi metode resitasi dalam pembelajaran bacaan shalat lima waktu kelas IV MI Bunayya Fathul Khair Kota Makassar (2) Bagaimana penerapan guru dalam mengimplementasikan metode resitasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bacaan shalat lima waktu kelas IV MI Bunayya Fathul Khair Kota Makassar

(3) Bagaimana dampak metode resitasi terhadap peningkatan pemahaman siswa tentang bacaan shalat lima waktu MI Bunayya Fathul Khair Kota Makassar

Studi ini mengkaji bagaimana metode resitasi diterapkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. bacaan shalat lima waktu, serta dampaknya terhadap kemampuan bacaan siswa kelas IV MI Bunayya Fathul Khair Kota Makassar. Metode resitasi diterapkan melalui tahapan pemberian penjelasan dan contoh bacaan shalat oleh guru, latihan membaca bersama di kelas, pemberian tugas hafalan untuk dikerjakan di rumah, serta setoran hafalan kepada guru sebagai bentuk evaluasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah, guru kelas IV, dan siswa kelas IV. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode resitasi secara nyata meningkatkan kemampuan bacaan shalat siswa, yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya kelancaran, ketepatan pelafalan, dan keberanian siswa dalam membaca bacaan shalat di depan kelas. Selain itu, siswa menunjukkan peningkatan kedisiplinan dan tanggung jawab dalam mengerjakan tugas hafalan. Kendala berupa perbedaan kemampuan menghafal dan keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran dapat diatasi melalui bimbingan tambahan dari guru, pengulangan materi secara terus-menerus, serta kerja sama dengan orang tua. Dengan demikian, metode resitasi terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas bacaan shalat lima waktu pada siswa kelas IV MI Bunayya Fathul Khair Kota Makassar.
