Konsep Moral dan Pendidikan Nilai dalam Pendidikan Islam

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education contains two important aspects as a guide for individual Muslims in their interactions, both towards Allah (SWT) and towards other human beings. The two crucial elements in Islamic religious education are moral concepts and values education. This research aims to describe the moral concept in Islamic education and depict values education in Islamic education. The method used in this research is a literature review method by exploring references relevant to the research theme. The research results indicate that the moral education method among the Bugis community is carried out through habitual methods since childhood. The moral concept in Islamic education emphasizes the stipulations of Islamic teachings that rely on intellectuality or rationality as well as social integrity. Meanwhile, values education focuses on the implementation of values in Islamic teachings to achieve educational goals
