If your paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay article processing charges to cover publication costs.

If you do not have the funds to pay such fees, you will have the opportunity to waive them. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work. This waiver may be granted upon request, explaining the financial situation.
